Board Structure


The board of directors is formed by nine directors with rich experience in each professional field, including three independent directors. The term of the current board of directors commenced on May 26, 2023 and will end on May 25, 2026. A total of seven board meetings were held in 2023, with a personal attendance rate (including independent directors) of 93.65% (100 % including attendance by proxies).
